Cuesta College honors women from
San Luis Obispo County for their outstanding achievement and
contributions.
To nominate a woman for an
award, read the criteria for each category and select only one
appropriate category. Guidelines have been provided to assist
in writing the nomination. Please attach the typewritten
information to this nomination form along with any other
pertinent information (letters, articles, etc.) for the
nomination review committee.
Nominations may be submitted by
an individual, community groups, service organizations, or
local businesses. Nominees can only be recommended for one
award category and must live or work in San Luis Obispo
County.
Those who have been selected as
Women of Distinction will be notified of their selection three
weeks before the Women’s Forum and will receive their award
at a luncheon presentation. *
