Many students have
neither the patience nor time to sit through an all day or
multi-session class. Therefore, all of our course offerings
are single meeting and only 3 hours, offering students an
efficient AND effective hands-on learning experience.
As an added measure, we
offer all students a free refresher course within 1 year of
their initial class. This allows students time to digest the
learned information and if necessary come back again to
"brush up" on their skills without additional cost.

Please note: All training classes must be
pre-paid at least 48 hours in advance by cash, check or
credit card to qualify for any discounts or promotions and
to reserve a seat(s) in the class. If you are unable to
attend a class at the time and date scheduled, you have the
option of receiving a full refund up to 48 hours
prior to the scheduled class time. You may re-schedule for
another class session up to 24 hours prior
to the time of the class. In the event of a no-show to a
scheduled class, you will still be charged the full amount
of the cost of the class.
Classes taken at no charge as a result
of ongoing promotions or special circumstances do not
qualify for free refresher course.
Minimum Enrollment:
For a class to take place at its regularly
scheduled time there needs to be a minimum of 2 students
signed up to attend. In the event a class has less than 2
sign-ups, your enrollment will be moved to the next time on
the schedule that is convenient for you. We will contact you
a minimum of 24 hours before a class to inform you if
rescheduling is necessary. In the event of a reschedule, the
rescheduled class will take place regardless of the number
of students enrolled. TechXpress
reserves the right to reschedule free classes enrolled as
part of a promotion more than once.
