Cabinet - Furniture Finishes I
Take the intimidation out
of customizing a painted or stained finish on your kitchen
or bathroom cabinets. Simple tools, glazes and products will
be used to create softly worn to highly distressed pieces. Each student will go home with several beautiful samples to
recreate. Full instruction with handouts will be given to
facilitate all the aspects of refinishing cabinets and the
basics. Have fun while learning a useful skill.
A $35 materials fee will be collected by the instructor at
the first class.

Decorating
Made Easy II
This workshop is an expansion of Part I with added
discussion and help with Seasons of Life Decorating, from
downsizing to the use of space after children leave the
nest.. With the help of an expert,
students will learn about combining households and the
choices that are presented with an abundance of possessions
and furniture. Students do not need to have taken Part I
and are asked to come with questions…because everyone learns
from the decorating challenges of others.

& Seasonal Decorating
This workshop offers a
wonderful opportunity to see examples of a lifetime of
decorating in an expert’s home. Special emphasis will be on
“Lighting in Your Home” and “Seasonal Decorating” with
refreshments while the class talks about entertaining with
confidence and ease. Prior attendance in Part I or II
required or instructor permission. Students are asked to
bring their questions and be ready for a most heartfelt
“Welcome to My Home” or email questions to the instructor @
